Cookie Policy

What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device while browsing, used in particular to keep your session logged in or to measure site traffic.
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential to the operation of the Service and do not require prior consent:
- Session cookie — keeps you logged in to your client account
- CSRF / XSRF-TOKEN cookie — protects the site against request forgery attacks
- Consent cookie (
hermes_consent) — remembers your choice regarding audience measurement cookies, for 6 months
Audience Measurement Cookies (Subject to Your Consent)
We use Google Analytics 4, an audience measurement service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, navigation paths, device) and to improve it.
- Purpose — site traffic and usage statistics; no advertising purpose
- Retention period — cookies set by Google Analytics are retained for a maximum of 13 months; associated data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics before automatic deletion
- Recipient — Google Ireland Limited (Google group), which hosts and processes the audience measurement data
- Data transmitted — pages visited, referral source, device type, and interactions with the site. We never transmit your name, e-mail, or any other identifying data to Google
- Legal basis — your consent, collected via the banner shown on your first visit
These cookies are only set after you click "Accept" in the consent banner. As long as you have not given your consent — or if you clicked "Decline" — no Google Analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google.
Withdrawing Your Consent
You can change your mind at any time by clicking the "Manage cookies" link, present at the bottom of every page on the site, to reopen the banner and change your choice. You can also delete cookies already set from your browser settings.
Managing Cookies From Your Browser
You can configure your browser to refuse all or some cookies. Refusing essential cookies will, however, prevent your client account from working properly (you will not be able to stay logged in).
