Your commissions move to "payable" 30 days after the referred client's payment clears (a holdback period, in case of a refund). Once your cumulative payable balance reaches €50, we pay you manually by bank transfer (IBAN) or PayPal, using the details you enter in your affiliate dashboard.
If the client cancels, you simply stop earning new commissions on their account — commissions already earned remain owed to you. If a refund happens after a payout was already made, the adjustment is deducted from your future commissions, never claimed back directly.
